feat(lldap) add lldap (#7802) **Description** <!-- Please include a summary of the change and which issue is fixed. Please also include relevant motivation and context. List any dependencies that are required for this change. --> Adding LLDAP a lightweight alternative to OpenLDAP for those who don't need the extensive features of OpenLDAP with a user friendly interface.
