fix(actualserver): fix actualserver mountPaths **BREAKING CHANGES** (#18237)

⚒️ Fixes #18235

Changes the mountPaths from `/app/...` to `/data/...`.

I have tested manually changing the options in the current app
installation I have, as well as mounting the paths as additional app
storage.
