**Description**
We want to migrate away from using TrueNAS-Only GPU elements where we
can.
On top of this, the "allocate x" language in the way iX-Systems has
designed the GPU selection GUI is *terrible*.
This replaces said GUI with our own.

**Description**
With moving to directly referencing dockerhub images, we really need to
add imagepullsecrets in the GUI to prevent users from hitting rate
limits.
Will start working next common release in januari 2024, not working yet
atm.

When looking at the catalog files on scale, I noticed that there is a
mix of CRLFs and LFs. I assume this was not intentional given the yaml
linter has a check to ensure chart yaml files use LFs. This change
converts all CRLFs to LFs.
