**Description**
The john.bitsurge.net blocklist (the suggested default in the
Transmission chart) is [no longer hosted at the address mentioned and
never will be
again](https://gist.github.com/johntyree/3331662?permalink_comment_id=3801748#gistcomment-3801748).
I've swapped it out for https://github.com/Naunter/BT_BlockLists/ , a
maintained and seemingly pretty decent alternative? Like John's it also
aggregates a bunch of other lists.

I have not deployed this personally to TrueNas Scale yet, although I do
use the blocklist with Transmission on another machine. It seems to
function similarly to John's (except it actually still works). Given
that this is a one-line default variable change to a
non-mission-critical variable it should be good to go? Let me know if it
requires a more rigorous test. :)

Installed the updated Invidious incubator chart on my SCALE system and
played sample videos and subscribed to channels on a Invidious user
account. Invidious successfully played video at multiple resolutions and
pulled through video history from subscribed channels into the
appropriate view. No errors in logs or app events observed and indicate
successful pulls from the youtube api. All pods from CNPG were also
present and correct.

I have been running channels-dvr without issue since it was initially
added to TrueCharts: https://github.com/truecharts/charts/pull/4527. I
have been using the new common version without issue since it was
ported: https://github.com/truecharts/charts/pull/8924. I believe
channels-dvr should be consider stable.
This PR moves channels-dvr from incubator to stable. It also adds
installation notes.
I did not bump the version number, should I? If yes, should major,
minor, or patch be bumped?

**Description**
The CI was using an old devcontainer for things where this wasn't
technically 100% needed.
By removing it we can cut it down by another 50-70% for single-chart
runs, such as container updates.

**Description**
The `ingressclassname` `entrypoint` and `tls` sections should only be
used in very specific usecases.
IngressClass: Only when having multiple ingress providers
Entrypoint: only when having multiple traefik entrypoints
tls: only when not using the clusterissuer setting on ingresslevel or
using scale certs which are deprecated.
