(feat) allow for the default middlewares to be disabled on ingress. (#1096) 
* Edit common to allow for the default middlewares to be disabled on ingress.

* add it on all apps as an expert option

* fix hostPath mistake in tests while at it

Introduction

Helper chart to test different use cases of the common library

TrueCharts are designed to be installed as TrueNAS SCALE app only. We can not guarantee this charts works as a stand-alone helm installation. This chart is not maintained by the upstream project and any issues with the chart should be raised here
